COOKING RECIPE AS PER 50 GRAM

INGREDIENT REQUIRED

Beef / Mutton / Chicken (Minced meat)
500-750g (finely ground)
Onions (medium)
3-4 / 225 - 300g (ground)
Fried Onion
¼ cup crushed
Tomatoes (medium)
2 (Puree/Finely ground)
Ginger Paste
1 ½ tablespoons / 30g
Green Chili
4-5 (finely chopped)
Mint Leaves
2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Green Coriander
2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Yogurt (whipped)
1 cup
Roasted chick peas
1 ½ tablespoons (ground)
Oil / Ghee
1 cup
Tawabil Meat Ball / Kofta Masala
1 Packet

COOKING STEPS

  • In mince meat add 1/2 cup raw ground onion, fried crushed onion, mint, green chili, green coriander, 1 tea spoon ginger paste, 1 tea spoon garlic paste, roasted chick peas powder, 1 1/2 table spoon Tawabil Kofta Masala and 2 table spoon yogurt. Knead well
  • Heat oil /ghee, add remaining ground onion, remaining ginger and garlic paste, fry till they turn golden. Then add Tawabil Kofta masala and tomato puree, mix well. Now add remaining yogurt, fry well. Then add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook on medium
  • Now add meat balls and cook on low heat until meat balls become tender. Shake the pan, do not stir with spoon. Add 1-1 1/2 glass
  • Garnish with green coriander and ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, chapatti and plain boiled rice. Serve for 6-8 persons.
