COOKING RECIPE AS PER 50 GRAM

INGREDIENT REQUIRED

Beef / Mutton / Chicken
750g - 1 Kg
Onians
5 / 300g finely sliced
Yogurt (whipped)
1 ½ cup / 300g
Garlic Paste
1 tea spoon
Ginger Paste
1 tea spoon
Ginger Julienne
2 table spoon
Oil / Ghee
1 ¼ cup / 225 g
Water
As required
Tawabil Qorma Masala Mix

COOKING STEPS

  • Heat oil/ghee, fry onions on high heat for 10 minutes till onions turn transparent. Then reduce the heat and fry, stir continuously until the onions turn golden.
  • Strain the oil/ ghee and spread the fried onions on paper, when cools and becomes crisp crush coarsely and keep aside.
  • In the same oil / ghee, add garlic paste and ginger paste, fry for a minute. Then add meat, yogurt and Tawabil Qorma Masala Mix and 1 table spoon fried onion, stir well. Cover and cook on low heat.
  • When meat becomes tender and oil separates, add the onions and water and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat till oil comes on top. (For Beef / Mutton add 3-4 cups of water).
  • Garnish with Ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, Taftan and Sheer mal. Serve for 6-8 persons.
