COOKING RECIPE AS PER 50 GRAM

INGREDIENT REQUIRED

Mutton Leg/Meat Piece for roast
1 ½ - 2 kg (make deep cuts)
Lemon Juice
½ - ¾ cup
Vinegar
¼ cup
Ginger Paste
1 ½ table spoon
Onion (small)
2 whole
Carrot
1 (cut in 3 pieces)
Tomato (medium)
2
Oil
2 - 3 table spoon
Tawabil Ran Roast Masala
1 packet

COOKING STEPS

  • Make deep cuts on leg or roast piece and prick. Then apply ginger, garlic paste, vinegar and keep aside for 1hour. Then mix Tawabil Ran Roast Masala, lemon juice and apply on leg evenly, insert masala on cuts and keep aside. Marinate for 5-6 hours or more.
  • Now in an open pan add oil and place the marinated leg, onion, carrot and tomato and add 11/2 – 2 cups of water cover and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Turn the side to heat evenly, when leg is tender turn the side and take out leg.
  • For Dip: Strain the remaining gravy and add 1 tea spoon corn flour. Cook for a minute and remove.
  • Serve with Chutney, Yogurt Rita, Potato chips, Salad and Dip. Serve for 5-6 persons.
